Community Engagement Sessions

Mental health gets easier to face in community. Our Community Engagement Sessions are educational, community-focused events held throughout the month in communities across North America, with the long-term goal of expanding internationally. Each session features a licensed therapist speaking on a relevant mental health topic, followed by a live Q&A and a community meet-up and networking component.

Funding Target: $650,000

This target funds venues and event production, licensed therapist facilitators, programming, and the outreach needed to bring these sessions to communities across North America, and then beyond.
