Supporting Men's Mental Health

Talk To Me Foundation champions men's mental health through awareness, early intervention, and accessible support. Globally, over 740,000 people die by suicide each year — one life lost every 43 seconds — and men account for more than double the rate of women (WHO, 2025; IHME/Lancet, 2025). We're building a future with a 24/7 hotline, an online therapy app, and healing retreats — because every man deserves a safe space to talk.

The Bigger Picture

Redefining Masculinity Doesn’t Just Save Men. It Saves Everyone.

By reducing the stigma around men’s mental health and showing men that it is okay to be vulnerable, emotionally aware, and to seek help, we are not only saving the lives of men in crisis – we are indirectly protecting future victims by reducing overall violence. Redefining mansculinity through emotional intelligence, honest conversation, and genuine connection creates a safer world for everyone.

The Violence Project

These crimes are overwhelmingly committed by men. Not because men are inherently violent, but because cultural norms of toxic masculinity encourage aggression, emotional suppression, total self-reliance, and a distorted sense of entitlement. When men feel they cannot express pain, fear, or vulnerability, that pressure manifests in destructive ways — toward themselves and toward others.

By reducing the stigma around men's mental health and showing men that it is okay to be vulnerable, emotionally aware, and to seek help, we are not only saving the lives of men in crisis - we are indirectly protecting future victims by reducing overall violence. Redefining masculinity through emotional intelligence, honest conversation, and genuine connection creates a safer world for everyone.

This is why Talk To Me Foundation exists. Every dollar donated, every conversation started, and every man who speaks up moves us closer to a world with less violence, less silence, and more humanity.
